Running Commands on Smart Search Results
Because clicking on a column title automatically adds that column to the Smart Search filter, you must clear the Smart Search text box before you can run an auto-executing command against a specific column for the filtered results. There are two ways to clear the Smart Search text box:

Click in the View Filter text box to clear the Smart Search text box (the existing View filter will remain). Single click to highlight the column you wish to process and then click the desired command button in the Button Bar. |

Right-click on the Column title of the column you wish to process. This clears the Smart Search and highlights the desired column. Click the desired command button in the Button Bar. |
