Reports

Reports in Analyzer are based on Views. For more information about Views, see Views. The report specifications are “saved” as part of the View. You may want to use names for your report Views that readily identify them as reports and that indicate each report’s content.

There are three steps to producing a formatted report:

1. Format the View.
2. Design the report.
3. Print the report.

You can also save reports as text or HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) files.

If you want to print or edit a report again, do the following:

open the View by clicking on it in the Overview
right-click in the View and select “Print Report...” to open the Report dialog and display the report specifications from the last time you used the View
