To re-use and/or modify an existing print image file definition, select the source print image file in the Data Definition, specify that it is a print image file, then use the pull-down list in the Data Definition Wizard’s Print Image File Definition panel to select the existing print image file definition rather than re-defining it.
Once the existing print image definition is selected, you can edit the field and record definitions as required. After making changes, you must save the flattened print image file and resulting table layout using a new name as you cannot overwrite the originals.
