Printing Documentation

In addition to the printing options available in the Command Log and file history, Analyzer offers a range of options for printing information about your project. You can print a report that includes virtually any combination of reference items.

Print Documentation Options

Analyzer allows you to create customized reports using a range of options. In the Print Documentation dialog, you can choose to print all or selected items from the following lists:

Table Layouts
Views
Procedures
Indexes
Workspaces

You can also specify several formatting characteristics of your report, including font size and page breaks.

To print documentation, follow these steps:

1. Select File from the menu and choose Print Documentation. Analyzer displays the Print Documentation dialog with the default settings.
2. Choose print options as required.
Check the Preferences checkbox to print a list of all your current preference settings.
Check the Log checkbox to include a printout of the Command Log, including all commands, comments and results currently listed in the log. For more information, see Printing the Command Log.
3. Click [Print] to print the selected documentation.
4. Click [Cancel] to restore the default Print Documentation settings.
