To modify existing shared folders, choose the Share menu and select Manage Shared Folders.
The resulting Shared Folders dialog is a list view that displays:
• | Folder - displays the shared folder name |
• | Project - displays the project name (if any) |
• | Location - displays the location of the shared folder |
• | Type - displays the type of shared folder (Personal, Team, or Enterprise). |
All columns in the list view can be moved and their widths altered.
The Shared Folder dialog also allows you to Add, Remove or Update (modify) shared folders.
Highlight a Shared Folder and then click [Update] to update it (change the server profile or location) or [Remove] or to delete it.
As an alternative, you can also add a shared folder via this dialog. Choose the type of shared folder to add (Personal, Team or Enterprise) and then click [Add]. This launches the same Shared Folder Setup dialog described in Specifying Shared Folders.
