Once you have finished defining fields and records, Analyzer prompts you to name the flattened print image file and its corresponding table layout:
1. | In the Print Image File Definition panel, click [Next]. |
2. | Analyzer prompts you to specify the name and location to save the flattened version of the report file you have defined. Click [Save] to create the flattened file and proceed to creating the associated table layout. |
3. | The Wizard displays the Edit Field Properties panel. |
4. | You can click on the heading for each field and review the field attributes and modify them as appropriate (field name, data type, column title, format, etc.). Click [Next] to accept the field definitions. |
5. | The Wizard displays the Final dialog, listing the final file and field definitions and prompts you to name the table layout for the flattened report file. |
6. | Enter a name in the Table Name edit box. Click [Finish]. |
Note: Uncheck the open table checkbox if you don’t want to open the new table layout.
7. | Analyzer closes the Data Definition Wizard and displays a default View of the new table layout and its flattened report data. |
