Reads data encoded according to the Extended Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code (EBCDIC).
Like ASCII, EBCDIC refers to printable characters. This field type is the norm for all IBM mainframe and minicomputers. The length of this field type is a maximum of 32767 bytes.
