From the File Format screen (Local or Windows Server), select the Excel Ad-hoc Ranges radio button and click [Next].
The EXCEL Ad-Hoc Ranges option in the Wizard automatically detects all versions of MS Excel spreadsheets prior to Excel 2007. You must specify the worksheet or range to be imported. The worksheet or range selected is automatically converted into a tab delimited file for subsequent processing in Analyzer. The tab delimited file can be refreshed from the source MS Excel spreadsheet at any time from the Overview window.
Click [Next]. The Wizard proceeds to the Edit Field Properties panel. See Edit Field Properties.
