Project Items

When creating Analyzer project items, you can use up to 127 characters for naming table layouts, Views, procedures, workspaces or indexes. This enables you to use meaningful project item names that you can easily recognize.

Project item names may only contain numbers, letters or underscore characters and must start with either a letter or an underscore (_). Analyzer automatically replaces spaces and invalid characters with underscores. You can enter names using both upper and lowercase letters. Any project item names over 127 characters long are truncated.

Note: By default, any Project items or folders named with a trailing underscore (_) are hidden in the Overview. Hidden project items can be viewed, selected and edited in relevant dialogs from the main menu. To display hidden project items in the Overview, see Show Hidden Overview Items.
