Graphing Stratify, Classify, Age, Benford or Crosstab Results

To create a graph of Stratify, Classify, Age, Benford or Crosstab results, first select the command from the menu.

For example, to create a graph of Stratify results, do the following:

1. Select Analyze from the menu and choose Stratify.
2. Enter a minimum and maximum value and select the fields you want to Stratify.
3. Click the [More] button and then select Graph from the “Output Options” pull-down list.
4. Click [OK]. Analyzer displays the result in a graph.

Count Field

A Count field is automatically created but is not displayed when the Stratify, Classify and Age commands are initially graphed. The Count field is generally not visually significant in graphs in which other fields are accumulated as well. Suppressing the Count values in the graph makes the graph easier to read. You can add the Count field to a graph using the Format Data button on the Graph window button bar. If there are no accumulated fields when a graph command is launched, the Count field is automatically displayed in the graph.
