In the very rare event that Analyzer, or one of the Arbutus Servers, detects an internal inconsistency, Analyzer automatically shuts down to ensure that your results are not corrupted. The system also creates one of two possible files containing details of the event. These files are:
| • | Diagnostic.dat - for diagnosing Analyzer or Arbutus Server interruptions. For Analyzer, this file is found in the current project folder. For an Arbutus Server, this file is found in the output prefix folder for the active server profile. |
| • | ArbutusServer.log - for diagnosing Arbutus Server connection errors. Contact Arbutus Technical Support for assistance with creating and interpreting the information in this log |
In either instance, please contact Arbutus Technical Support and forward the appropriate file so that the issue can be diagnosed and addressed (if appropriate).
